Tseyatoh, Oct. 18

A resident on Pittsburgh Loop left for Gallup and returned later in the day to find her screen door was broken and someone had gotten into her home.

The victim informed McKinley County Sheriff’s Deputy Frank Villa that the suspect may be her adult son, as one of the neighbors saw him earlier in the day around the house. The witness told Villa, but also said he did not see the suspect break into the house. The report did not state if the suspect was contacted.

About $200 worth of materials used to make face masks appeared to have been taken from the house, and the damage to the screen door was estimated to be approximately  $100.
