Meet Camille's Teacher of the Month: Deidre Gruber

Each month, Camille’s Sidewalk Cafe in Gallup chooses and recognizes one local teacher within the Gallup area for the Teacher of the Month award. Teachers are nominated for their efforts and determination to help local students rise beyond their expectations. This month, Camille's Sidewalk Cafe recognizes pre-kindergarten teacher Deidre Gruber, of Grants.

ALBUQUERQUE -  New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas announced Oct. 17 that San Juan County Magistrate Court Judge Rena Scott found probable cause to believe Bennie Earl Wabbington committed four first-degree felonies in 2008 and 2009 by sexually assaulting his  then-girlfriend’s daughter.

SHIPROCK, N.M. – The Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety is seeking the public’s help in identifying human remains found in Shiprock, N.M.

The Navajo Police Department responded to a call Sept. 29 reporting a body was found under a bridge in the Shiprock community. The remains are those of a male individual. Due to the condition of the body, there is no physical description available.
