An unscheduled water outage that is affecting parts of Hill and Aztec Avenues started at 9 am on Dec. 17 and will last until 8 pm.
The outage is affecting City of Gallup water customers in the following areas:
- 500-700 block of West Hill Avenue
- 500-700 block of West Aztec Avenue
The city's Water Department will be fixing a water leak in the area. Water service will need to be turned off temporarily so they can do their work safely.
Surrounding areas may experience low water pressure.
