Powell Sesquicentennial Memorial Plaque Dedication

1 pm @ Grand Canyon National Park, Ariz. A commemorative event celebrating the 150th anniversary of John Wesley Powell’s 1869 expedition marking the first geo-significant survey of the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon.  This event is free to the public.
