Zuni Pueblo is holding its first annual A:shiwi A:wan Neighborhood Watch Summer Cook-Off contest scheduled for July 18 in Zuni, New Mexico.

This event is a combined effort of the AANW Program and the Pueblo of Zuni Police

Department, and it’s purpose is to raise monetary funds and awareness of the AANW Program’s goals and objectives for crime prevention.

We have been receiving some outstanding feedback from interested contestants, and we want to make this event a success.

The proceeds will go toward the AANW Program, which will enhanced the working mechanism of the Community and the local Pueblo of Zuni Police Department and also surrounding LawEnforcement Agencies. As we have grown, so has the needs of the Community in relation to Crime Prevention awareness. We need your help in making this event a success.

We hope that you will join us in beautiful Zuni, New Mexico on July 18, as the competition heats up to decide who has the best cooking skills from the local and surrounding communities.

Thank you for your interest and spread the word to your family and friends. Let’s Fire It Up! E: Lah:kwa!
