Suspect was hiding out for nearly 40 years

Luis Archuleta, aka Larry Pusateri, a former Colorado resident wanted by the FBI since 1977 on a charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution/confinement, has been apprehended and is being returned to Colorado following his arrest in Española, N.M. on Aug. 5, about 43 years later.

Special Agents from the Albuquerque FBI Division, working with the Española Police Department, arrested Archuleta.

A federal arrest warrant was issued for Archuleta in 1977 on charges stemming from his escape from a Colorado Department of Corrections facility in 1974. At the time of his escape, Archuleta was serving a prison sentence resulting from his 1973...

Gallup police seeking missing teen

Gallup Police Department requests the public’s help in locating Juan Angel.


Angel, 16, was reported missing on Aug. 3 by his mother. He is estimated to be about 5’6” tall and weigh 130 pounds. There was no information on what he was last seen wearing.


His previous whereabouts and potential destination are unknown.

Conejo, Healthcare Integrity file suit against RMCHCS

Was it a conspiracy? Wrongful termination?  Inside politics?  Lack of communication?

A complaint filed against Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services by former CEO David Conejo and his management company Healthcare Integrity in U. S. District Court July 23 indicates it was a mix of these and more.

Conejo said July 29 that he could feel the shifting winds at the hospital early in 2020. He said he brought his contract with him to a February meeting and said he “had a sense that … maybe they wanted to make a change in who the CEO was.”
